| No way! Your photos and your privacy belong to you. USA Trippin's PhotoMAP Creator keeps all your images local on your device. As a bonus, this allows you to use your large multi-megapixel photos without having to wait for them to upload. The final button is labeled "Download" but the download is only from the browser to your file system, maybe we should call it "Save" instead. |
→ Are RAW photos supported?
| Since the work is being done by your intenet browser, it really depends on your system. In general the answer is going to be no. Sometimes browser and OS extensions support advanced camera formats like NEF and CR2. Most often you'll have to stick with the common JPG and PNG formats. |
→ Where can I get my download printed?
| Walmart, Walgreens, Snapfish are all good resources. Walmart can have 24x36" prints done for you same day or within 24hrs. For larger posters try Staples or your local print shop. |
→ Do I have to use photographs?
| No! You are certainly not limited to traditional photography. Be creative, use textures and patterns to make fun and artistic collages. See Instagram for some great examples, especially the #photomapcreator hashtag. |
→ Why does my browser say the website is not responding during download?
| So you never have to send your images to the internet, all the work is being done locally in your internet browser. Manipulating 50 multi-megapixel images into a 4K or XL image is alot of work! Be patient, the site is doing it's job, your file will be available soon. |
